Homewood Rotary Club and Ingalls Health System Annual Health Fair!

Maintaining good health is a challenge for all of us these days. Our busy and stressful lives are not conducive to healthy eating and behavior (regular exercise) in many cases. If you are like me you have periods of healthy living, often interrupted by periods of unhealthy living, but we try.

An important component of the formula for good health is regular doctor check-ups and screening exams. If you like the convenience of "one-stop shopping" you will love this health fair. There are a multitude of booths that offer exams that cover ailments from head to foot. This also includes common blood tests, EKGs, hearing tests, and guys, prostate exams. Okay, someone chase down the guys and bring them back to this posting.

Seriously, you should come to this event, and come early because it is very popular. If you live far away (but not too far) get an early start and make a day trip out of it. You will not be disappointed.

I will be there from 10:30 to 1:30, reading skin test results and providing allergy information. Oh, did I mention that more than 90% of the fair is free? You can be screened at my booth, for some environmental allergy triggers, for no charge. Can you beat this offer anywhere else on Sunday April 10th?
